We offer you the opportunity to make an appointment online, by telephone or directly in one of our stores.

By phone
Our customer service is available from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00 on +41 44 515 35 86. Our team will be happy to arrange a service or repair appointment with you.
In store
A service or repair appointment can also be arranged directly in the store near you.
Experienced team of bike mechanics
EGO Movement has an experienced team of mechanics in our stores in Germany. Additionally, we are also happy to assist you with our telephone support via the hotline mentioned above.

Broad network of service partners
We are very proud of our collaboration with the Swiss E-Mobility Group (SEMG) and their numerous and competent m-way stores to be found all over Switzerland.
We are also happy to count VeloKliniK in Zurich Altstetten and Europaallee as well as hpz Werkstätte Auxilia in Schaan / Liechtenstein to our valuable service partners.
With all of them you will be supported with expert advice as well as repair and warranty work and receive all the necessary spare parts.

Recycling
Because we care about the environment, we dispose of our rechargeable batteries at the end of their life in an environmentally responsible manner via Inobat.

No hidden costs
With us, it is clear from the start what service and spare parts cost: we will gladly send you a price list for the most common e-bike repairs and parts.
